In the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, Behavior Therapist (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) are paraprofessionals who practice under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a supervised Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). The supervised BT and RBT are primarily responsible for direct implementation of treatment plans related to target skill-acquisition and behavior reduction goals. BT and RBTs also are responsible for data collection and provide behavior management support when needed. Spectrum Empowered ensurers all technicians are properly trained, equipped, and supported for each of their client cases. We additionally provide regularly scheduled weekly BCBA supervision to maintain ongoing treatment integrity and case collaboration.
