ELE Model

The Empowered Learners Enrichment Model (ELE Model) is a multidimensional approach used to achieve academic and life skill development success. The ELE model was developed by SpectrumEmpowered to meet the developmental needs for learners of all ages. Through implementation, individuals have the opportunity to diversify their learning development via Foundation Fundamentals, Instruction Readiness, and Skill Mastery Application. Each component of the model will tap into our humane natural abilities and unique learner patterns to produce ongoing independence and functional skill mastery. SpectrumEmpowered's ELE Model is available for use by medical providers, public and private school systems, faith organizations, child care facilities, and residential care spaces with adequate training.
